Intro to Melt and Pour Soap Making with District Suds
Join Nehkonti, owner of District Suds, at the COLLECTIVE for an afternoon of soap making, fun times and good vibes!
In this fun-filled workshop, you will learn the basics of melt and pour soap making, general techniques and brief history. In addition, you will get to choose the soap base, fragrance, mold and colors to make a product that is uniquely you. At the end of this class, you will have practiced your new skills and made 5 personalized bars of soap that you can take home or give as a gift!
The workshop fee includes all supplies, a variety of soap bases to include coconut milk, goat milk, shea butter, and organic glycerine with a selection of dried botanicals and essential oils. We'll go over the basics, so if you are a total newbie...don't worry, you've got this. If you have done some soap making before but would just like some more guidance, we can make that happen, too!
