Biography: Dolly Pomerleau has been maing pottery since 1980. Dolly attended her first pottery class at the old Mount Rainier Junior High School where MNCPPC had a pottery program. Dolly is a co-founder of Potters for Peace, which works with Metro DC area potters to raise funds to support pottery co-ops in Nicaragua. Potters for Peace works collaboratively with the Nicaraguan Cultural Alliance, which is a located at the Quixote Center in Brentwood, MD. Dolly has participated in many studio shows and sales throughout the county.
