Focus: I collect fictitious countries from various media sources and design flags for them. Biography: David Barard was bord in Washington DC. Berard has lived most his life in Prince George's County. He majored in studio art at UMCP, graduating in 1978 and began his Vexillology collection in 1972. He has experienced as a foreign language and ESL teacher, as well as free-lance interpretaion and translation. Services: lessons for individuals and groups, public art/murals.
