Tom Woiff studied painting at the Art Institute of Boston and the Art Students League in New York. He studied photography at George Washington University and lived in Portugal and Spain from 1969-1976. He was the Adjunct Professor of Photography at Sheppard College from 1988-1989 and has taught photography at Glen Echo Park since 1977. His photographs have appeared in the Washingtonian, The Washington Post Magazine, Garden Design, House and Garden, Esquire, Rolling Stone, etc.

I have studied painting, photography, taught photography at Shepherd University. As a freelance photographer, most of my work is done on assignment from magazines. I love my work because it offers me the opportunity to meet interesting people and go to interesting places.
