NDC is a 30 year-oid nonprofit organization founded in Baltimore City by volunteers dedicated to providing tower income communities with access to professional community design services. Today NDC‘s small staff and large volunteer corps assist over 100 community sponsored initiatives each year, making Mary|and‘s NDC the most productive design service in the country.
